SPRINKLING ACT
INDEPENDENT RESEARCH
Original analysis of regulatory position across European AI companies, built on Sprinkling Act's 6-gate screening framework and publicly available information. Published as a permanent record, not a news cycle.
PUBLISHED RESEARCH
Sprinkling Act has published three research outputs, each anchored on Zenodo with cryptographic timestamps and CC-BY 4.0 license. A reader looking for compliance guidance should start with the first two; the third is the conceptual companion that frames why.
Operational
Readiness Report (April 2026) — empirical screening of 50 European AI companies against the six regulatory gates.
Tactical
Annex A: The Deployer Multiplier (May 2026) — article-by-article cascade and the four outputs every European deployer must produce.
Theoretical
Discussion Paper (May 2026) — retrospective audit of the 2015 predictive frame and a doctrinal argument for the AI Act as a third structural pole.
UPCOMING
An update on actual compliance activity across the same sample after the Annex III high-risk obligations become applicable (2 December 2027 post-Omnibus). Timing aligned with the new deadline.
METHODOLOGY
Each report applies Sprinkling Act's 6-gate regulatory screening framework (Art. 5 / 6(1) / 6(2) + Annex III / 50 / 51-53 / 6(3)) to each company using exclusively publicly available information. Classifications are estimates: only a personalized screening can confirm definitive regulatory status. No company is contacted in the course of the analysis.
