One workflow first. The map after.
The Baseline covers the workflow carrying your next decision, at a fixed price agreed before anything starts. What it surfaces decides whether a Full Map follows, and that one is quoted.

Analysis
Baseline
One-time · excl. VAT 21% · readout included · calibrated for an SME
€3,900
one-time
One workflow examined end to end: who does what, where the hand-offs sit, and where what you describe and the available elements disagree. You get a picture of your own map, and of the distance between it and what the elements show — which is the first thing worth putting in front of your teams, precisely because they will correct it.
It ends on one of three
- A Full Map is warranted · The elements show a distance wide enough that examining further would change the decision.
- It is warranted on one point · The distance is real but concentrated somewhere identifiable, and that point can be dealt with on its own.
- Nothing further is warranted · What you describe and what the elements show agree, within the limits of a single source — or no dated decision depends on the distance. We say so, and that is the end of it.
If the analysis does not cover the workflow we agreed on, full refund. A finding whose source cannot be produced is withdrawn; if that withdrawal changes the report's outcome, the engagement is refunded.

- ✓Scope: one workflow, the one you designate, agreed with you before anything starts
- ✓Interviews: with you alone — your teams are interviewed at Full Map, which is what it adds
- ✓Elements: exports, histories, calendars, dated files · whatever you can share
- ✓Analysis: the distance between what you describe and what the elements establish
- ✓The chain, not the list: each use followed from human input to used output
- ✓Named authority, or its absence: who decides, approves, can interrupt
- ✓Four evidence statuses on every finding: confirmed · declared without an independent trace · gap · open question
- ✓A gap is only presented as established once a second source, of a different kind, confirms it
- ✓What must be decided: the open question, the observed owner, and a deadline when a dated fact of yours carries one
- ✓An expiry date per family of findings, not one general mention
- ✓One of three outcomes, including the one concluding that no follow-up is warranted
- ✓Deliverable: written report, plus a sixty-minute readout
- ✓Verifiable badge on /verify, valid 30 days — how long the reconstruction still describes the present
- ✓Scope guarantee: full refund if the report does not cover the workflow agreed in writing
- ✓Traceability guarantee: a finding whose source cannot be produced is withdrawn, and if that withdrawal changes the outcome, the engagement is refunded
- ✓Timing: 5 business days from the close of collection

The Baseline measures the distance on the workflow you designate, with you alone, and concludes whether there is reason to look further. The Full Map looks: it opens to the three or four people who actually run the work, which gives access to what a single source cannot see — the other workflows, the numbers only those doing the work can estimate, and the gap document.
Talk to us →Quoted case by case, because the effort scales with the number of critical points rather than spreading across them. Delivered 10 business days from the close of collection.

- ✓Scope: the critical workflows, identified here and not assumed from the Baseline
- ✓People: you and the three or four who actually run the work — which is what makes the rest possible
- ✓The other workflows: what a single source could not see, surveyed rather than inferred
- ✓First-pass acceptance rate and rework minutes, estimated by the people doing the work
- ✓The gap document: where what is described and what the elements show do not agree
- ✓Structural incompatibilities: where two tools adopted separately will collide when their data meets
- ✓The portable share of the skill: what would survive a change of tool
- ✓Findings: each one carries its evidence status, as in the Baseline
- ✓What must be decided: open questions, observed owners, deadlines drawn from dated facts of yours
- ✓An expiry date per family of findings, not one general mention
- ✓Timing: 10 business days from the close of collection
FOLLOW-UP
Periodic re-analysis

price agreed with you
A workflow moves. Tools get added, people change roles, exceptions become the norm. A periodic re-analysis on the same scope tells you what changed and what no longer holds. It starts thirty days after the readout, when the picture stops describing the present. We do not post a monthly figure: what it costs depends on what is actually re-examined, and we would rather set it with you than publish a number we could not defend.
