3. What is sold
A written survey of a single workflow, the one the director designates, followed by a sixty-minute readout.
The survey measures the distance between what the director states about the use of AI in that workflow and what the elements they provide make it possible to establish. Each finding carries its evidence status and its source; what cannot be established is named as such.
It is not an audit, not a certification, and not legal advice. No mark, no maturity level and no percentage is issued.

4. General conditions of sale
The applicable conditions are published at /legal/terms and may be consulted there at any time, in French and English.

5. Independence and conflicts of interest
Sprinkling Act carries out one activity and no other. It resells no tool, receives no commission from any vendor, and holds no referral agreement with a provider of AI solutions.
Fees do not depend on the content of a survey, nor on whether further work follows. One of the three possible outcomes of a Baseline is that no further work is warranted, and it is invoiced at the same price as the other two.
Where a survey covers an organisation with which a relationship exists that could affect the reading of the findings, that relationship is stated in the report itself, at the point where it bears.
The same undertaking applies to what is offered to us. Any incoming proposal — partnership, resale, referral, payment by a third party — is examined against these clauses. One that does not meet them is declined, whatever the amount.

6. Regulated activity
This activity is not subject to authorisation, to a professional order, or to a protected professional title. No professional body accredits it, and no result it produces is opposable to a third party as proof of compliance.

7. Complaints and dispute resolution
Any complaint should be addressed to legal@sprinklingact.com within 14 days of delivery. We reply within 30 days.
