Sprinkling Act is an independent AI Act position assessment service. Not affiliated with the European Commission or any regulatory authority.

Sprinkling Act provides a digital AI Act position assessment service consisting of:
— A free structured questionnaire producing a position score
— A paid detailed position assessment report (15–20 pages, €690 excl. VAT)

Reports are generated based on the user’s self-declared answers and Sprinkling Act’s proprietary scoring methodology.

The price of the full diagnostic report is €690 excluding VAT. Belgian VAT (21%) applies to Belgian customers. Intra-EU B2B customers with a valid VAT number are reverse-charged.

Payment is processed exclusively by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland). Sprinkling Act never accesses your payment credentials.

Payment is due in full before report delivery.

The report is delivered electronically (PDF) to the email address associated with your account. Order confirmation is issued within 1–3 business days of payment. Delivery occurs within 3–7 business days after order confirmation.

By proceeding with payment, you explicitly request immediate performance of the service.

In accordance with Article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Sprinkling Act cannot be held responsible for decisions made based on a report. Users should consult a qualified legal professional for compliance decisions.

Sprinkling Act’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Sprinkling Act is not liable for:
— Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
— Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
— Regulatory outcomes or enforcement actions
— Errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete answers provided by the user

The methodology, scoring engine, questionnaire, report templates, and all content are the exclusive property of Sprinkling Act.

Upon payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal use only. Resale, redistribution, or publication of reports is prohibited.

Any complaint must be addressed to legal@sprinklingact.com within 14 days of delivery. We will respond within 30 days.

Sprinkling Act is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including regulatory changes, technical failures, natural disasters, or government actions.

These conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Brussels, Belgium.

These conditions may be updated. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect. The version applicable is the one accepted at the time of purchase.
